Bioderma Sensibio Eye Contour Gel Review
Once again, Bioderma has really impressed me with their highly effective yet gentle skincare and after trying their Sensibio eye moisturizer, it has now become one of my beauty bag staples!
Coming from someone who has extremely sensitive eyes/eye area, trust me when I say that it is nearly impossible to find an eye cream that DOESN’T aggravate my eyes. It’s also nearly impossible to find eye creams that don’t contain harsh depuffing/anti-wrinkle/brightening ingredients!
But not with this eye cream! This stuff delivers straight-up moisture with no harsh ingredients!

First off, I must address my own personal skincare concerns. For years, I have suffered from extremely sensitive and reactive skin around my eye area; so severe to the point of occasional eczema on the eyelids themselves.
This sensitivity has made trying and finding suitable eye makeup and eye creams an endless struggle. I believe I have tried nearly every eye cream on the market, only to end up puffy eyed, with red, burning eyelids in the process.
Many eye creams feature quite harsh ingredients, especially those for anti-wrinkles, or lightening dark circles and even for de-puffing. This is why most eye creams will instruct you to use the cream only “around” your eye area, circling the eye and along the orbital bone.
This around the eye application has always made me wonder how they ever intend on working if you can’t even put them close to your troubled areas in the first place?!
But regardless, these harsh chemicals can reek havoc on those with sensitive eyes and hence my quest to find the perfect eye cream.

But the most innovative ingredient of them all is Toléridine, a trademarked ingredient that works to reduce skin’s sensitivity and increase it’s tolerance to deal with external aggressors.
This means, not only does the Toléridine work instantly to provide anti-inflammatory properties but over time it will raise the skin’s tolerance threshold to external aggressors like pollution, stress, and harsh climates!
But the most visible results I got when using this cream was the smoothing of fine lines. Without using any harsh anti-wrinkle ingredients, the Sensibio Eye Contour Gel smoothed out ALL of the fine lines around my eye area!
I have never seen these kind of immediate results with any other eye cream. Even though it isn’t marketed as a wrinkle reducer, this eye cream worked magic on all those little lines and impending crows feet!
